StyleLink Communications – Terms and Conditions

1. Free Trial Terms

• Each new client is eligible for a 7-day free trial.

• During the free trial, up to 20 calls will be answered without charge.

• No payment is required to begin the free trial.

• Clients must provide accurate and complete signup information.

• Free trial includes call answering services based on the selected plan features.

2. Automatic Billing After Trial

• Unless canceled before the end of the free trial, the selected plan and any chosen add-on services will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.

• Billing will commence on Day 8 following the start of the trial.

• Charges will be processed using the billing method on file or as otherwise arranged.

3. Plan Details

• Solo Stylist Line: $24.99/month

• Booked & Busy Plan: $49.99/month

• Chair Boss Unlimited: $99.99/month

• Add-on services are additional and billed monthly.

• All plans include standard call answering during operating hours; add-ons like after-hours answering and appointment setting incur additional charges.

4. Cancelation Policy

• Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice via email.

• Cancelations must be received before the billing date to avoid being charged for the next service period.

• No refunds will be issued once billing has occurred.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are billed monthly in advance.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

• Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late fee.

6. Service Terms

• StyleLink Communications strives to answer calls professionally and according to the customized script provided by each client.

• We are not responsible for missed calls due to telecom outages, client phone forwarding failures, or force majeure events.

• Services are offered month-to-month; no long-term contract is required unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Client business information and call data are kept confidential and are never shared or sold.

8. Modifications

• StyleLink Communications reserves the right to modify service terms, pricing, and conditions at any time with written notice.
